KNOW ME BETTER...
14+ Years of Climbing experience
I can’t quite recall how long I’ve been climbing, but what I’m absolutely sure of is how much I’ve enjoyed every bit of it!
Outdoor Climbing
Climbing rocks is a blast for me, a chance to have fun and test my abilities beyond competitions.
Competition
Nothing gets more thrilling than competing and getting to know the world’s best, along with their stories and experiences.

Academic Career

Studying medicine fueled my curiosity and gave me invaluable skills. Even now, pursuing the MSc in emergency surgery and trauma, I stepped away from anesthesia residency to focus on climbing, as sleepless shifts and an unbalanced schedule led to injuries and a decline in my sports performance.
Swimming
I began swimming at age five, where I learned the meaning of hard training. After a break due to the local pool’s closure, I transitioned to climbing. Now, swimming is a vital part of my daily morning training routine. It helps clear my mind and kickstart my day with energy.
Triathlon

I have always loved swimming, both in the pool and in the sea. I had the chance to participate in sprint triathlons in Koronisia, where I achieved a personal best of 1 hour and 2 minutes, winning the first overall —an outstanding result considering I competed with a 40-year-old bike, a simple swimsuit, and regular running shoes, and cycling shoes.
Acrobatics

Doing acrobatics started out just for fun and for some good photos, but in the end, I realized that certain extreme poses required much more training than I had expected. Over time, it gradually turned into a side hobby of mine.
Trail Running
I started running back in high school, at first just as weekend training, but very quickly it became an obsession for me. I truly love the sense of freedom that running in nature gives. The best part is that you can experience so much in such a short time—wind, snow, rain—and in some places, if I’m lucky, I even get the chance to jump into frozen waters before continuing my run.
Jumping around and doing crazy things like cliff diving, slacklining, mountain biking—anything that involves movement, freedom, and adventure—I’m always in.
YouTube
YouTube and long-form content creation came naturally to me. I had been editing videos on my home computer since I was 10 years old, always fascinated by how you can capture a story and then share it with others. This early passion has since allowed me to meet and collaborate with many interesting people—opportunities I would never have had otherwise.
Absolutely! This is my home, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
OUR DOCUMENTARY
My team “Climbears” and I had the honor of being featured in a documentary on one of Greece’s largest channels, ERT
